How to email a document

Once you have completed your appraisal document, or engagement letter, etc. you can then download it to a saved file to then attach to an email in your email program of choice.

 

From the Dashboard go to the Appraisal Workspace then Documents > Document List.


Hover your mouse near the title of the document you want to print and 2 buttons will appear. Click the button on the left to “View PDF”. This will open a printable version of the document in another tab in your browser. From that tab either download or save the document to your computer. Then from your email program, find the file you just saved to attached it to the email.
